Healthy Pudding Recipe

You can still eat pudding and be healthy…

This is one of my favourite treats, great after a long ride on the bike.

Its full of muscle friendly protein for recovery,calcium for bones and teeth and even the sugars in the form of honey and raisins aren’t too bad!

I like it with full fat greek yogurt, but you can have it with low fat if you want fewer calories.

Same goes for quantities, depends on your appetite.

Per person, in a bowl

  1. Greek yoghurt of your choice.
  2. Add sliced bananna, chopped walnuts, raisins and a good sprinkle of cinnamon.
  3. Drizzle the whole lot with honey and enjoy!
